Sunday 29^th January	CHAT Magazine Deadline: this is the deadline for the March issue. Please could all submissions reach the Editor, (contact details above), by this date. This Magazine will be current until the end of May and should include all dates and announcements relevant for this period.
Thursday 2^nd February	Kirk Session: meets at 7.15 for 7.30 pm in the Kirk Vestry. Agenda items to May Rae by the week before, please, 01506 854636.
Friday 3^rd February	Sing for your Supper: 7 pm in St. John’s Hall, Torphichen. A chance for everybody to air his or her party piece: poetry, prose, song or dance. Supper included. Entry £8, (£4 conc.) Performers half price. Details: John McCulloch 01506 653095.
Saturday 4^th February	Village Coffee Morning: in St. John’s Hall 10 am to 12.30 pm. Money raised will go to support our Mission Partners in Africa. Details: Julia Miller 01506 633995.
Wednesday 8^th February	CHAT Magazine Finalisation Meeting: at the McCulloch house, 7.30 pm. If you wish to review the magazine before publication, please give your email address to the Editor, (contact details above). You will receive a copy by email before this meeting.
Friday 10^th February	Youth Club: meets 7 to 9 pm in St. John's Hall, Torphichen. Details: Eleanor Sterrick 01506 651185.
Sunday 12^th February	The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be celebrated in Torphichen Kirk at 11.15 am. To be confirmed.

Tuesday 21^st February	Lent Study Group: commences on Shrove Tuesday in the McCulloch house, at 10 am, with pancakes and prayers, coffee and discussion, tea and song. Details: Kim McCulloch 01506 653095.
