Torphichen Summer Nights: 7:00 pm in Torphichen Kirk: One off winter concert featuring Liquid Architecture, an award-winning ensemble formed by graduates of the U.K.'s leading conservatoires with the aim of excelling in their interpretations of classic works, championing neglected repertoire and promoting new music for mixed ensembles. In 2008 Liquid Architecture won a Tunnell Trust Award, through which they have been giving concerts around Scotland in December 2009 and a MMSF/Philharmonia Ensemble Award resulting in a recital at the Royal Festival Hall. We are delighted to welcome Liquid Architecture to Torphichen and are only able to do so as one of the group hails from Linlithgow.
